 William Hurd is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1982, Having worked for some of the largest local Real Estate Brokerage firms in Central NY. Bill went on in 1999 to open 1st Cornerstone Real Estate Inc. with long time friend and partner Judi Coffin,� "we exceeded our own expectations in the first Year" . 1st Cornerstone Real Estate flourished and at it's peak had 12 agents and was selling several hundreds of home a year until he sold his interest to his business partner in 2008. Amidst the years selling he was also buying Real estate properties to fix and rehab in some of the  many needed neighborhoods of Syracuse. Today he remains as an broker with WJ Hurd Real Estate. and continues working on properties throughout central NY....
